The new FUTmarket is live: everything that's new for you!
FUTmarket has had a makeover, and that's only the start. Over the past few weeks we've rebuilt the site from top to bottom: a brand-new design, a faster checkout, a redesigned account area and two new ways we reward customers who come back season after season, customer levels and the Free Slot. Here's everything that's new for you.
A whole new FUTmarket
We've redesigned every page while keeping the colours you know: FUTmarket's dark look, now with a modern style, easier-to-read text and lighter pages. The site is built mobile-first, so you can order, check an order or open a ticket straight from your phone, even mid-match.
- New home page: prices, platforms and amounts at a glance, with our customers' Trustpilot reviews front and centre.
- FAQ, blog and info pages rewritten and reorganised, with simpler addresses: How to buy, 100% Reliability and Support.
- Clearer emails: order confirmations and updates in the new style, easy to read on mobile.
Buying is easier than ever
We've reworked the checkout step by step. The biggest change: pay first, then add your details for your FUT account. No more long forms before you pay, and no rush.

Your account, redesigned
My account now keeps everything in one place, organised in tabs: profile, orders, FUTmarket Coins deposits and withdrawals, sales and support tickets.
- Order status always clear, with every order's details on a tidy page, including coin sales.
- Details to fix? If an order runs into a problem, say an expired backup code, you can update your details right from the order, no ticket needed.
- Support tickets shown as a conversation, easy to follow on your phone.
Customer levels: buy more, save more
From this season, we reward loyal customers. Based on what you've spent in the current season (15 September to 14 September the following year) you reach a level, and each level comes with a personal discount code that works on every order.

Your code is created automatically: you'll find it in My account › Profile, along with a bar showing how far you are from the next level. When you level up, your code updates by itself.
Maximum discount €50 per order. The code is personal and valid until the end of the season.
Free Slot: spin to win coins
And here's the most fun part. For every 500,000 coins in a completed order you get a free Slot ticket (up to 4 tickets per order). Play it from My account › Slot on desktop or mobile: three reels, one button, and any coins you win go straight into your FUTmarket Coins balance.
- Each ticket is a free spin: the Slot can only be played with free tickets, never with real money.
- Coin prizes of different sizes, all the way up to the jackpot.
- Tickets stay valid until the end of the season.
