Each FUTmarket user can verify his account by attaching a double-sided copy of his valid document in the upload section of MY ACCOUNT. This is used by us to make sure that there is a match between the master data of the holder of the payment source and that of the identity document provided. We will never use the document for purposes other than that of a simple security check and we will keep the digital copies only for the time necessary to carry out this check, in accordance with the law.
Based on the free choice of a customer to verify their account or not, the Reputation of an account on FUTmarket.it is measured in 3 statuses:
1) NEW USER (Yellow)
You can optionally verify your account by sending a scan of a document; if he doesn't do it, he can buy for a historical maximum of 200 EUR.
2) UNVERIFIED USER (Red)
User who has exceeded the maximum threshold of 200EUR, without having yet verified the account. Your orders will only be authorized after completing the verification(*).
3) VERIFIED USER (Green)
Customer accounts that have confirmed that they are the actual owners of the payment source by sending a scan of a document(**).
(*) - The block on orders in this case is operated both on the payment source and on the FUT account, creating a new FUTmarket account to bypass the verification will be useless.
(**) - Among the advantages of a VERIFIED USER there is the Fast-Delivery of the orders (in the absence of out-of-stock or technical problems, the order starts immediately after payment) and a dedicated annual discount code .
Any unverified user can refuse the document request, but will not be able to receive orders on his account with the payment source that has exceeded the limit of 200EUR.
